Annual Audit

In compliance with 65 ILCS 5/8-8-1 et seq., an annual audit of all Village of Bellflower funds and accounts is conducted by a licensed certified public accountant.  At the conclusion of the audit, the auditor provides an audit report with financial statements and a state annual financial report.  Copies of the audit report and state annual financial report are filed in the offices of the McLean County Clerk and the Illinois State Comptroller.
