Garbage and Recycling

The Village of Bellflower does not provide garbage or recycling services.  However, the following options are available.

Garbage

Recycling - 

• Open to all McLean County residents
• Drop off program located at:
            Wal-Mart Supercenter
            300 Greenbriar Ave (northeast corner of the lot)
            Normal, IL  61761
• Accepted materials:
  • Plastic - bottles, tubs, jugs, and jars ONLY
  • Metal - steel and aluminum containers and foil; NO spray paint cans or pesticide cans
  • Paper - cardboard (flattened), office paper, newspaper, and magazines
  • Glass - bottles and jars ONLY
