Water Payment Options
The Village of Bellflower offers a variety of convenient water bill payment options. Choose the option that best suits your needs.
Pay Online
Click on the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button. Have your water account number handy and follow the prompts.
Pay by Phone
Call 309-822-4533. Have your water account number handy and follow the voice prompts.
Pay by Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send your payment and bill stub to the Payment Address shown above. To avoid a $25 late fee, your payment must be received in our post office box no later than the 15th of each month. Payments will be posted to your water account as of the date received, not the date written on a check or money order.
Pay at the Water Payment Drop-Box
A payment drop-box labeled "Bellflower Water" is located at the corner of W Center and School streets. The drop-box is emptied daily. Payments received in the drop-box after the 15th of each month will be considered late and subject to a $25 late fee, regardless of the date written on a check or money order.
Pay through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Your bank's website may offer the ability to pay your bills using their online bill payment service. Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Please check with your bank for more information.
Include your water account number on the payment and mail the payment to the Payment Address shown above. Be aware, payments may take up to seven business days before arriving at our post office box. Payments will be posted to your water account as of the date received, not the date shown on a check.
