Annual Treasurer's Report

In compliance with 65 ILCS 5/3.1-35-65 and 70, after the April 30 conclusion of each fiscal year the village treasurer prepares and files an account of all monies received, and all expenditures incurred, during the preceding fiscal year.  The report is posted on this website.  For one week the report is also posted on the Bellflower Community Center exterior bulletin board, and at the Bellflower Community Library and the Bellflower Post Office.  No later than October 31, a copy of the report, along with a certificate of publication, is filed in the McLean County Clerk's Office, who in turn communicates the filing to the McLean County Treasurer.
