Municipal Code

The Bellflower Municipal Code is a collection of municipal ordinances, or laws, which have been adopted and enacted over time by the village board.  Enforcement of the code helps to protect our community's health, safety, and welfare.  Code violations may result in fines, penalties, and/or legal action filed in McLean County Circuit Court.
